With an honours degree in Civil Engineering and over 20 years’ experience in the franchise sector, Mike Fraser is committed to helping Kiwi tradespeople succeed. As a shareholder in G.J. Gardner Homes Rodney, he helped lead the team to national and international recognition, growing the business through strong partnerships and a hands-on approach. Drawing on this background, Mike established GoFox to offer electricians and plumbers the support, resources, and proven systems needed to build profitable businesses and lasting reputations. His passion is seeing tradies achieve real success—backed by a network that genuinely invests in their growth.
Kate Dirkzwager – General Manager
Kate is known for her expertise in business growth, franchise development, and operational leadership. Her focus is always on making sure franchisees feel confident and equipped at every stage, from marketing and business strategy to operations, growth, and day-to-day challenges. Kate brings energy, honesty, and a collaborative approach—she believes the success of every franchisee is at the heart of the GoFox story.
Paul Graham – Systems Analyst
With a background in telecommunications and technical support, Paul excels at making technology simple and accessible for everyone. As GoFox’s systems expert since 2016, he supports franchisees with the tools, training, and resources needed to run efficient, successful businesses. Paul is driven by helping members overcome challenges and enjoys seeing franchisees thrive as they grow their businesses within the GoFox network.
William Chen – Accountant
William holds a double major in Accounting and Finance, along with a CPA certification and a Master’s in Professional Accounting. William brings valuable financial oversight to the GoFox team. He supports the network by providing high-level guidance on budgeting, planning, and sound financial practices, helping franchisees understand the key numbers that drive their business success.
